As always, JSP Toolbox is here to remind your association to get your home in tip-top shape for the upcoming cold season. With snow & ice soon to roll in, it is important to take this month to review the traditional checklist & take care of the essential winter home duties. Be sure to inspect your trees for damaged limbs or branches that may be too close to your roof. Fertilize your lawn to prevent winter damage so that it looks healthy for the spring time! Make sure that your emergency generator is working properly. You never know what this season has in store for us, so be sure that you’re ready for a power outage.

GET WINTER EQUIPMENT READY

Turn off the water to any outdoor faucets & hoses. Drain the hoses, disconnect them from their spigots & store in a safe spot to avoid freezing. Take some time to make sure that your snow removal machines & equipment are working properly. Better to check now before it gets icy!
